1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device when they visit them. They are used to remember information about the user's visit, such as browsing preferences, and may be first-party cookies (managed directly by CORTI BEL) or third-party cookies (managed by other entities).
2. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for the use of cookies on this website is CORTI BEL, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B60528247 and registered office at Camí Ral, 196, Tordera 08490, Barcelona. For any enquiries, you may contact us at info@modacortibel.com.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
This website may use the following types of cookies: (a) Technical or necessary cookies: essential for the basic operation of the website, such as remembering cookie consent and maintaining the browsing preferences necessary for the proper functioning of the website. (b) Preference cookies: allow us to remember user choices, such as cookie preferences and, where applicable, language and browsing preferences. (c) Analytics cookies: CORTI BEL currently does not use first-party or third-party analytics cookies to measure and analyze website usage. The use of Google Search Console does not, in itself, involve the installation of analytics cookies on visitors' devices. (d) Marketing or advertising cookies: CORTI BEL currently does not use marketing or advertising cookies.
4. Specific Cookies Used
The website may currently use necessary first-party cookies to manage the user's cookie consent preferences and, where applicable, browsing preferences. The exact identification of each cookie, its purpose, type and duration depends on the specific technical implementation of the website. Up-to-date information about active cookies can be consulted through the website's cookie settings panel. The website may also incorporate third-party content through iframes, such as Google Maps. This service may set cookies or carry out other storage operations on the user's device in accordance with its own policies.
5. Third-Party Cookies
This website incorporates third-party content through Google Maps iframes to display maps and locations. When this content is loaded, Google may set cookies or use other storage and data-processing technologies in accordance with its own policies. The website currently does not incorporate other third-party services intended for analytics, advertising or marketing. CORTI BEL does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other equivalent advertising or analytics tracking tools.
6. Legal Basis and Consent
Technical and necessary cookies do not require prior consent, as they are essential for the operation of the website (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). All other cookies (analytics, non-essential preference and marketing cookies) will only be installed with the user's prior, informed and explicit consent. Users may accept, reject or configure them granularly through the cookie settings panel available on the website. As regards third-party content, such as Google Maps, this may be subject to the technologies and policies of the relevant provider.
7. How to Manage or Withdraw Consent
Users may change their cookie preferences at any time through the settings panel accessible from the website footer, or delete cookies that have already been installed through their browser settings. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
8. Retention
Each cookie has its own duration, as indicated in Section 4 of this policy. Once that period has elapsed, the cookie will no longer be active and, where applicable, the user's consent will be requested again.
9. Amendments to This Policy
CORTI BEL reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy in order to adapt it to regulatory changes or changes in the use of cookies on the website. Users are advised to review it periodically.
